Help Desk Analyst

First American MLS Solutions, a division of The First American Family of Companies, is the nation's leader in the development of Web-based MLS systems for the Real Estate Industry, offering a full line of technology products and support services. First American MLS Solutions has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Analyst reporting to our Knoxville, TN location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Provide software and computer assistance to external user of web-based application over the telephone.
Will receive, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues by giving step by step instructions.Qualifications
Position requires minimum of 3 years Help Desk experience.
Must be a good problem solver with proven people skills.
In depth knowledge of PCs, Macs, Operating systems, Browsers, and current popular firewalls and pop up stoppers a must.
Position requires excellent verbal communication skills, patience, tact and the ability to handle pressure.
