SXC Health Solutions, a leading pharmacy information processing solutions business, is looking for a Help Desk Associate to join their growing company in Lombard, IL (West Chicago). Description:
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls from members and pharmacies to assist with the processing of claims, as well as other duties including data entry, manual processing, general support and other projects assigned to them. This also includes work necessary for new client implementations. We are a 7 day operation, open 24 hours per day. Selected candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Pharmacy Technician or basic understanding of pharmacy benefit designs a plus.Heavy call center experience a plus.
