Job Description
The Muscular Dystrophy Association, dedicated to conquering neuromuscular diseases, is ranked among the nation’s top health agencies. Headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, the organization provides comprehensive healthcare services through its network of 230 hospital-affiliated clinics, funds over 80 summer camps nationwide and supports nearly 400 research projects around the world. With over 200 field offices and its 1,400 employees, MDA local District offices organize special events and fund-raising programs, including the Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon, and administer local health care services.

As Health Care Services Coordinator, your job duties include, but are not limited to:
•coordinating local health care programs, including: MDA summer camp, hospital affiliated clinic(s), support groups and public health education seminars.
•acting as a liaison between MDA, patient families, clinic team members, vendors and other community-based organizations.
•assisting office team with special events and fund-raising programs.

Local travel, some evenings and weekends are required. Candidate must have reliable transportation.
