Health Care Analyst (Customer Support)

Nurses, LPN’s, Health Care professionals, Business Analysts (with clinical/hospital experience), and at least some level of information technology skills: this is a great opportunity to move your career into one of the fastest growing careers in health care and information technology. Comsys is recruiting for several Customer Support/Business Analyst positions for a Minneapolis based health care client. The work location is in downtown Minneapolis, and involves working directly with doctors, nurses and other health care staff to provide customer support for a large software system that drives almost every aspect of their business (patient records, scheduling, accounting, etc). You will receive in depth training in the technical aspects of the system and work with a staff of highly accomplished professionals to provide support and troubleshooting services.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include minimum of two years experience and basic knowledge of clinical and/or hospital environment, general understanding of hospital work flow, experience working with doctors, patients and/or health care staff, excellent communication and customer service skills, and fundamental knowledge of information systems technology or software products in some capacity. Any experience working with EPIC software is highly desired, but not required. Other technical skills include working with MS Office, MS Windows, databases, PC software, etc., are nice to have, but not required.
