Seeking Experienced HVAC Counter Sales/Warehouse Staff for our NEW Allentown Location. Duties include counter sales, order pulling, customer inquires, reports and replenishment. Computer skills and a willingness to learn are preferred.

Founded in 1987 with 3 full time employees, HVAC has grown consistently over the years to become one of the premier HVAC distributors in Pennsylvania. Today we employ over 60 full- and part-time team members who provide sales, delivery and technical support to customers throughout Central and Northern PA.Our focus has always been on HVAC products and we are staffed with a team of people who are technically trained, allowing us to fully support the application and service needs of our customers. As a result, we are uniquely prepared to assist our customers by increasing their ability to successfully complete projects of any scope and size. Over the years we also enhanced our customer support team by adding application, marketing and service professionals.
Our on-demand delivery system allows us to promptly serve customers from the Lehigh Valley to the Maryland state line, from Chester County to State College, and all points in between.In 1989, we opened our hands-on training center and began a legacy of training superiority that is recognized nationally as one of the best in the industry. We have trained over 3,000 people and our program continues to grow and evolve. We are the best value provider of hands-on technical HVAC training in our market area and our goal is to help our customers improve profitability and technical skill sets.
In 1997, we set ourselves apart from the competition by implementing a "just-in-time" supply chain delivery policy. Adding a second shift to our delivery department allows customers to place orders as late as 5 p.m. and still receive product the next day.
Our use of technology, paired with our just-in-time delivery capabilities, helps us meet our customers’ project demands without compromising accuracy. In 1999, we set another first by implementing our first bar code system. Responsibly using technology to make it easier for our customers to do business with us became a strategic focus for our company, and we are now the acknowledged leaders in bar code technology in our markets.In 2001, we upgraded our system, adding further capabilities, and became 100% bar-code compliant in all warehousing activities. We now provide our customers with labels and readers, allowing them to scan and send orders electronically. As a result, we are able to save our customers time while maintaining order accuracy.In 2004, we took our commitment to customer service to a new level by implementing an unconditional Flawless Service Guarantee. Available to our equipment dealer customers who qualify at Gold and Platinum levels, the program guarantees an order that is placed via fax or electronic order will be shipped correctly. If it is not, HVAC credits those customers for our error. No other distributor puts their money where their mouth is like HVAC. In 2006 we will open our first branch.
