HELP DESK ANALYST / CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Select Personnel is currently seeking a sharp, computer savvy, detail-oriented team player to work in its’ Client Data Solutions department.

Job Description:
Will be implementing and supporting our workforce management system at our client locations, which includes all hardware, software, and vendor communications.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
MUST be an independent thinker that can successfully manage many projects at once. Must have professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with customers.

You must possess:

Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to troubleshoot over the phone
Microsoft OS and network printing skills
The ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
DSL, IP, and analog communication set-up and support
Order/ship/receive hardware
PC hardware/software installation/troubleshooting
Configure and diagnose time clocks
Set-up of time and attendance software
Communication with branches and customers

Qualified individual will support payroll/time and attendance software, set-up mini-offices at client locations, train representatives to operate the software and hardware. Local travel is required, and some long-distance may be required. Heavy IT experience is not necessary.
