Guest Relations Director

Hotel reservations / Front Desk experience is desirable.

Management experience required.

Responsible for increasing the percentage of repeat guests at the hotel, responsible for generating reports to show trends in guest’s requests and concerns.

Note and coordinate compliance with (repeat) guests’ needs, requests, and personal preferences.

Ensure proper recognition and preference delivery for all repeat guests.

Management and hotel Experience Required.

Attention to detail.

Extremely organized.

Able to meet deadlines and coordinate among departments to deliver quality amenities to the guests.

Able to educate and energize employees to actively collect and record guest preferences.
Anticipate guests’ needs whenever possible and coordinate follow-up with appropriate departments.
