Solid verbal and written communication

Ability to talk and type simultaneously without negatively impacting conversation or data-entry capturing the essence of reason for guest contact

Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills

Promote and Maintain a Positive Image of Applebee's with internal and external customers

Take responsibility for resolving Guest Issues whenever possible and/or whenever process dictates

Communicate w/ appropriate internal resources to resolve Guest needs.

Coordinate all follow up contacts

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
High School diploma and at least 2 years of college

Ability to type 35 words per minute with 95% Accuracy

Working knowledge of computer

One year experience fielding inbound calls in a Consumer Service Call Center

One year experience with Applebee's International, Inc. or restaurant industry desired

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills desired

Several years experience with Applebee's International, Inc. or restaurant industry desired
