Group New Sales Manager

The Sales Manager, New Services (Group New Sales Manager) will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all facets of new service offerings during the test phase and roll out to the National Contact Center. The Sales Manager, New Services is ultimately responsible for reaching conversion goals related to new services offerings to include management of project deliverables, a heavy emphasis on sales training, continuous coaching as well as the implementation and development of tools or job aides to improve sales performance. This position will coordinate all activities with the New Product Development team and all departments within the NCC.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing activities to meet and exceed established conversion goals for new service offerings.
Participate in the training design and delivery for new products and services.
Conduct post training follow-up sessions to reinforce sales behavior changes working directly with both Coaches and Sales Consultants.
Monitor calls daily (both silent monitoring and side by sides) and provide feedback to coaches and consultants.
Document call monitoring results and action steps taken on a daily basis.
Identify and conduct role plays with coaches and consultants to practice sales techniques.
Identify strengths and skill gaps of Coaches and Sales Consultants. Make recommendations and take action to improve sales performance for new product. Develop job aids for consultants use to improve performance.
Determine all tasks that must be completed within NCC to test and roll out new products and document in project plan.
Design contests and develop related communication flow that will excite pilot participants during initial rollout and beyond.
Provide documented feedback to management team on identified trends and opportunities.
Act as liaison between the NCC and the New Product Development team. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in a consumer-driven Call Center environment. Proven ability to drive team members to exceed sales goals, preferably with new products or services, in a Call Center environment.
Demonstrated ability to identify sales performance opportunities and develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance.
