Greeter/ Telephone Reservations , SASSI Ristorante

Sassi is Scottsdale's nationally known destination for fine Italian Dining and special events. Lcated at the base of Pinnacle Peak, we offer indoor and outdoor dining in our old world restaurant featuring stone, wood and venetian plaster to complement our fabulous food and wine.

Telephone reservations and greeter staff answer incoming calls for reservations, restaurant information and directions and handle inquiries for special events and weddings. During service hours (dinner only) greeters welcome arriving guests and seat them for dinner.

REQUIREMENTS
Clear speaking voice, fluency in English language, ability to handle multiple telephone lines, operate reservations computer and give information.

Some seated work but also considerable standaing and walking, assisting guests with chairs and carrying menus.

Familiarity woth MS Word and Publisher a plus for printing forms, menus and information packets for weddings.

Must follow Sassi's telephone and greeter standards and have interpersonal skills in problem solving, cheerful and courteous telehone manner and desire to assist guests.

Schedule varies but generally 12 noon - 8 pm or 4 pm - 9 or 10 pm. Must be available regularly for weekend schedules. Part time schedules possible with 2 or three days per week or mix of greeter with part time in other areas such as banquet server shifts.

Base wage of $9.00 per hour plus tips
