The Richfield, Ohio office of Receivable Management Services (RMS) currently has Part-Time and Full-Time Dialer Collector positions available to accommodate many types of schedules. Conveniently located off of routes 77 and the Ohio Turnpike, RMS is a fast-paced, professional collection service center with opportunities for growth and advancement. These exciting positions use state-of-the-art automated dialer technology with the following key responsibilities:

1.Contact customers by telephone to set up payment plans regarding claims placed with RMS for collection.
2.Clarify problems or issues presented by creditors in order to facilitate collections on their behalf.
3.Additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2.Customer service background with knowledge of collection procedures a plus.
3.Must be able to work in an automated telephone environment.
4.Excellent negotiation and oral communication skills are required.
5.Tenacity, assertiveness and persuasiveness are also required.
6.Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills.
