Global Customer Service Manager

Company: Climax Molybdenum Job Function: Sales/Marketing Job Description: Major Responsibilities: Manages the order fulfillment process to assure effective customer support and compliance with all policies

Supervise Phoenix staff of 5 Reps/Inside sales, and provides functional supervision to CEM CSR, and CSR’s in UK, Germany, and Japan.

Administers and maintains sales contracts and key customer, product and price databases and KPI's

Consolidates, analyses and reports monthly sales forecast and sales variance

Conducts customer satisfaction surveys and assures implementation of resulting action plans

Manages external warehouses to assure effective customer supply .

Bachelors degree - Business, Marketing, or related field

7 Year experience in related field

Demonstrated supervisory and team leadership skills

Able to visualize and manage a cross functional business process

Positive, professional image

Outstanding communication and listening skills

Ability to make timely, sound decisions and enforce company policies in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures

Self-motivated and client service oriented

Must demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail and task organizational skills

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; as well as solid presentation skills.

Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. (Other office software systems.)

Demonstrated use/ management of enterprise resource planning systems and databases (MSAS, SAP type)

Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements for the order to cash process

Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards/ safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazardsPreferred Qualifications:

MBA degree

Knowledge of molybdenum business

5 years experience, Customer Service specific.
