General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Unit Description: Large metropolitan hospital that is part of a health care system seeking General Manager 3 of Environmental Services and Custodial departments. Full operational P&L responsibility for a staff of 80 employees. Ideal candidate would have extensive acute health care management experience specific to environmental services. Ideal candidate would have six years experience managing 60-100 employees. Will report to the District Manager. $4 million managed volume. Ideal candidate would have the ability to be bi-lingual in Spanish.Position Summary:
Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.Basic Education Requirement:
