The Geek Squad City will be the largest single Geek Squad computer repair location anywhere in the U.S. At the facility, hundreds of Geek Squad Agents will concentrate solely on fixing any brand of PC or laptop for customers around the country.

SUPERSR COUNTER INTELLIGENCE AGENTThe SuperSr. Counter Intelligence Agent (SuperSr. CIA), Geek Squad City, will perform advanced repairs on customer computers, desktops and laptops. Assist and/or responds to customer inquiries as required. Assist in developing SR CIA and CIA team members.Diagnostic:
• Assist in diagnosis and repair of units by other team members.Technical:
• Routine cleanings, repairs, upgrades, installs, etc., as required and advance repairsCustomer Service:
• Answers questions regarding product installation and operation.• Contacts customers regarding status of repair; solicits additional information if needed, and provides work estimates. Contacts customers when item is repaired and/or received.Training:
• Manufacturer Certification
• Vendor training
• Supervisory trainingSupervisory:
• Assists in the training of and oversees product repairs done by lower level agents
Requirements:
