(Must possess a Valid Unexpired Group 1 License-Accident/Health/Life)

Inbound Customer Service Representatives (starting @ $9.00 per hour)

Qualifications:
„h Minimum 6 months to 1 year Sales and or Customer Service experience required! Call center environment preferred.
„h Computer and internet proficiency required.
„h Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Self Starter, ability and desire to succeed
„h Ability to pass pre-employment testing (math, spelling, customer service)
„h Prior Cable Industry experience a plus!
„h Prior Medical billing/coding, pharmaceutical experience
„h Proven ability in handling customer complaints, interpreting customer needs.
