We are the leading, Multi-Generational Family Owned Firm in the St. Charles Region and we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate Funeral Service Manager who demonstrate excellence in customer service and believes in the spirit of teamwork!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Over see day to day funeral service operations
•Making funeral arrangements with families.
•Preparing visitation rooms, receiving families and directing funeral services.
•Recommend, arrange and conduct memorilization service/tributes.
•Oversee and brief staff on duties in participating the carrying out of services, insure that their appearance/demeanor/conduct meets company standards.
•Demonstrate a commitment to making Care Contacts to all Client Families.
•Attend training sessions as requested and demonstrate commitment/support to skills and techniques learned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements & Qualifications:
•Must have or be able to obtain a Missouri Funeral Director license.
•Prior Funeral Home Management or ownership experience a must.
•Bachelors in funeral services or related field.
•Ability to work independently with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.
