Purpose:
Immediate Openings
Position: Customer Service Representative (inbound call center) WITH ONE OF THE WORLDS MOST PROFITABLE BANKS
Location: East Providence, Rhode Island

Description:
Customer service representatives will communicate with the Banks customers over the telephone regarding customers personal checking and savings accounts. This is a high volume fast pace call center. Customer Service Representatives handle approximately 70-100 calls per day. Associates will be responsible for providing support to a large segment of customer service functions, while utilizing appropriate tools and systems to ensure first contact resolution. The Bank is looking for career oriented candidates who are looking for greater opportunities. There are 7 weeks of paid training to become familiar with the Banks services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
-At least 6 MONTHS proven Customer Service Experience
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to communicate on all levels effectively and possess excellent problem-solving skills
