Under general supervision of the Front End Manager, the Front End Coordinator performs various activities in support of cashier function of moderate complexity requiring exercise of some discretion and limited use of judgment and initiative. Assist the Front End Manager in maintaining exemplary levels of customer satisfaction.


The essential duties and responsibilities of the Front End Coordinator include, but are not limited to:


Perform Cashier responsibilities as required; issue store credits and gift certificates; authorize pricing changes due to tag discrepancies.


Review reports run at close of day and prepare required reports on daily activity; file records and maintain cash office neatly organized; train and coach Cashiers as required.


Develop and maintain store product knowledge to ensure that customers have necessary equipment and or accessories for items purchased; ask customers if they need other accessories or materials for current purchases.

The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on multiple challenges. Qualified candidates will have a high school education or GED equivalent and 1+ year's retail cashier experience. Must be able to successfully operate a cash register and communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members. Must be able to lift/carry reports and materials, move about the office, effectively use computer and filing system, communicate efficiently and effectively on phone and in person, and complete required paperwork.
