Front Counter Supervisor

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties).
Supervise all aspects of the of the York, Gettysburg and Hanover front counter operations to provide the highest level of internal control and customer service.

Monitor and supervise the front counter billing, cash handling and cash reconciliation activities to ensure company policy is adhered to and risk of loss is minimized.

Establish and monitor customer service productivity, quality and sales performance goals.

Administer front counter staffing and scheduling to ensure resources are used appropriately to achieve established department goals.

Communicate business initiatives and sales, service and performance standards and goals to the department staff.

Evaluate, coach and counsel Front Counter Supervisors and personnel in the performance of their duties, and ensure all training needs are met.

Resolve customer issues with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Evaluate current processes and procedures for continuous improvement opportunities.

Interface and communicate regularly with other departments to ensure a consistent approach to meeting Area customer service and sales goals.

Track and analyze front counter commission/goals.

Perform other related duties as assigned.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor Degree in a Business field or equivalent work experience.Experience:

At least 5 years experience in supervision of personnel. Cable experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills. Solid PC skills.
