Ford Direct Representative

Position Overview
Primary responsibility is to be the primary point of contact for and to provide active, knowledgeable, results-oriented service to Ford Direct Customers and Ford Direct Sales Representatives.Performance Objectives•Customer Service: Responsible for conducting monthly audits of Ford Direct dealer accounts; Contacting Ford Direct dealers within 24 hours of delivery on a new Ford Direct enrollment; Work closely with Ford Direct Sales personnel to provide responsive and timely support to Ford Direct customers
•Troubleshooting: Responsible for the identification, and reporting/tracking of Ford Direct dealer problems/issues to resolution
•Follow-up: Follow the account from enrollment to cancellation and issues from identification to resolution.•Relationship Building: Continually keeping Ford Direct Sales staff informed of the status of all issues and enrollment forms that are in progress; work with AutoTrader.com Dealer Concierge on dealer issues that also involve an AutoTrader.com contract
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of 2 years customer service or equivalent experience•Exceptional attention to detail and account management skills a must•Proven time management, multi-tasking, follow-up, and problem solving skills•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word•Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge•Excellent interpersonal skills•College degree preferredAutoTrader.com is an equal opportunity employer and conducts drug and alcohol screenings, as permitted by law.
