Food Service Managers & Assistant Managers

Circle K Midwest Division owner and operator of over 500 stores in seven Midwestern States is looking for Food Service Managers and Assistant Managers for our Subway locations in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

* Is a professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operation of an assigned location.

* Differentiates our location from competitors by exceeding customers’ expectations in the areas of Location Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service.

* Maximizes location profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.

* Supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and work efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
* Train and require excellent customer service from all team members.

* Experience in food service required.

* Possess a valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to/from the bank.

* Manager should have the ability to work a 5-½ days/50+ hours per week work schedule.

* Work with minimum of direction and supervision.

* At all times work as an effective manager, supervisor and leader.
