Fitness Supervisor

The Fitness Supervisor will maintain the standards of performance, service and hospitality at the South Seas Island Fitness club at all times. This is a full-time, year-round position that consists of, but is not limited to, the following duties. Will supervise the duties of the Fitness attendants, managing schedules and responsibilities. Will monitor inventory and purchasing as well as payroll for all fitness club staff and instructors.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years Fitness and/or Health Club/Spa experience necessary, along with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Must be able converse well in English, have an outgoing personality, with the ability to manage problems independently with speed and accuracy. Must be able to bend, stretch, stoop, and lift 60lbs. in order to facilitate daily fitness classes. General knowledge of strength and cardio equipment is necessary. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays. A valid Florida driver's license is necessary.
