Field Service Technician

Glory (USA), Inc., a national leader in computerized banking systems and coin and currency cash handling equipment has an immediate opening for a dependable experienced Field Service Technician with electronic knowledge and good mechanical ability to service our equipment in our Salt Lake City and surrounding area territory. Hours of work are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with required on call availability and occasional overtime.
Periodic overnight travel to our Cypress CA and/or West Caldwell NJ office for training on our equipment or for meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous field service experience repairing copiers, general office equipment or banking related equipment is desirable.
-Outstanding mechanical skills with the ability to trouble shoot,repair and /or replace mechanical components such as motors, solenoids, brakes, clutches, bearings, pulleys, belts, cam shafts and other mechanical parts using hand tools and gauges. These parts are electronically controlled by CPU boards, driver boards, power supplies, etc. so there is a need for some electronic knowledge and the ability to use basic electronic test equipment as well.
-Minimum of high school or trade school education or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, application software and networking is preferred.
This is not a computer repair function and is more closely related to the repair and maintenance of office copiers, fax machines and printers.
-Good organizational and time management skills with applicable paperwork discipline to manage trunk kit parts inventory.
-Must be dependable,have good work ethic and be able to work with minimal supervision
-Reliable automobile,valid drivers license and good driving record.
-Personable and professional with good people/customer relation skills.
