Reports to: Regional Field Services ManagerJob Summary:
Textron Inc. is looking for organized, diligent, self-motivated, individuals who are ready to start their careers with a proven industry leader as a Field Service Representative. As an FSR no two days are the same. You will be performing audits, reconciling with dealers, investigating evidence of fraud, and, most importantly - you will be gaining invaluable floor plan finance experience that will serve you well during your career with Textron.Responsibilities to Include:
Physically inspects dealer floor planned merchandise by manufacturer's imprint, plate or sticker.
Documents the results of the inspection, including the condition of the merchandise in stock, physically verifies and determines legitimacy of documentation such as contracts, rental agreements, repair or return documentation, etc.
Looks for signs of changes in dealers business structure, such as corporate name change, personnel turn or general condition change.
Maintains a positive business/ professional rapport with the dealer.
Reconciles dealers account(s) collecting funds due to including sold product, finance charges, insurance premiums, curtailments, and maturities.
Acts as TFC representative in resolving any disputes or open issues
Reviews dealer collateral documentation such as sales records, MSO verification, contracts, insurance claims, etc.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for submission to management on a timely basis.
Assists in collateral repossessions and signing of dealers.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in finance or business or related field preferred.Position Requirements:
Experience in Public Relations, Finance or Collections, Investigation desirable.
Previous military experience helpful.
Experience with inventory audits helpful.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in customer service.
Overnight travel is required up to 20 nights/month.
Must have a valid state driver's license.License and Certification Requirements:
