In this exciting role as a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

Service and training of Audatex clients in Pennsylvania via on-site visits and virtual support
Managing and strengthening client relationships
Troubleshooting technical issues
Documenting all activity for reporting purposes
Meeting department goals for client visits, training evaluation scores, and overall client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have the following background:

Associates or College Diploma
2-5 years working in the automotive insurance claims industry
Ability to work independently without supervision
Excellent organizational skills, written and oral skills are a must.
