Field Sales Representative - Peoria, IL

TracFone Wireless, America's #1 prepaid wireless provider, has an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic sales and merchandising person with strong customer relation skills to grow sales in the greater Peoria, IL region.Responsibilities:
Train retail associates and store management on the benefits and features of our products.Manage customer account base with effective territory management to maximize field efficiency.As necessary, set up sales events or other grand opening trainings at key retail locations, demonstrate and sell products to end users.Conduct both formal (classroom style) and informal (on the sales floor) trainings. Training will include: product info, feature/benefit selling, competitive selling skills, etc.Build productive relationships with all levels at retail, associates, department managers, store managers and district level.Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining timely and effective communication with Manager.Assumes responsibility for effectively completing assigned reporting functions.As necessary, perform weekend demo days or assisted sales events at key retail locations.Responsible for POP materials in respective market, must maintain and effectively use to increase sales.Travel to designated territory as required
REQUIREMENTS
Retail sales experienceCollege degree or 2 years of related experienceSelf Motivated
Strong organization and time management skillsExcellent relationship building skillsComputer proficient in MS Office and Outlook.Posess sales, presentation and communication skills.Must have reliable transportation.Must reside in a centrally located area with respect to the assigned territory.Must be willing to work weekends as needed.We offer comprehensive benefit options as part of our total compensation plan.
