Fortune 500 Mortgage and Banking company seeks well-qualified Customer Service Rep ASAP!

Positions are contract-to-hire; 40 hrs. per week.

EXCELLENT benefits available!!

Duties may include:
-making inbound/outbound calls to customers, agents, and insurance companies
-entering/updating customer information in computer system
-answering inquires from borrowers, agents, and insurance companies
-researching customer requests

Compensation: $10/hr
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will have excellent customer service skills; typing, basic PC skills, ability to multi-task

Applicants MUST be flexible with days/shifts worked.
