We currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team for our upscale apartment community in The Woodlands, Texas, located just north of the Houston Metropolitan area.
REQUIREMENTS
The Community Manager oversees all aspects of managing a multi-unit residential property and the entire on-site staff. This position will provide and create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income and value of the property. This will also include assessing budgets, physical maintenance, advertising, leasing and pricing, and other related duties. Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
