Executive Customer Service Rep

Purpose:
Our Client, a leading manufacturer of electronic equipment is looking for 4 outgoing customer service representatives to join their call center.

Requirements:

To handle escalated customer service/satisfaction issues. Representatives will communicate with customers, ASC, FSC and co-workers to obtain full picture of escalated issue and negotiate resolve for the customer. Provide primary staffing for ECR Support line.

Courteously respond to all customer inquiries (Telephone, mail, fax, email).
Provide Customer assistance for SEA.
Products and services according to policy and procedure.
Troubleshoot product problems.
Resolve customer/product problems within level of authority.
Escalate problems/issues above level of authority to Supervisor/Manager.

Enter Customer/Product Information completely and accurately into call-logging system.
Follow-up as required with customer, management, and other service groups.
Send and receive required customer service documents and correspondence.
Additional duties as assigned by management.

+ Keeping up to date on technical knowledge in his/her field
