Position Descriptions:

Dispatch Team: Dispatch 50+ Executive Chauffeurs, coordinate vehicle utilization and participate as a member of an extremely professional team within a quality driven service company.

Customer Service Team: Make reservations, changes and problem solve for the company's corporate clients - from adminstrative personnel to traveling executives. Participate as a member of an extremely professional team within a quality driven service company.

REQUIREMENTS


Job Requirements:

Candidates responding must be eligibile to work in the United States.

Candidates must be high school graduates with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in travel and/or corporate transportation/fleet management.

Candidates must be able to professionally and effectively communicate with high-demand clients on the telephone.

Computer literacy is a must!

Primary Skills: Microsoft Office Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); Exceptional (verbal and written)Communication Skills;

Ground Transportation Reservation System (Odyssey, Livery Coach, Aleph, etc.) or Travel Industry GDS familiarity. GPS tracking experience a plus.

Certificates/Licenses: Possession of a New York State (Violation Free), Drivers License, pre-employment and random Drug testing.
