It is with this focus and commitment that we have a temp to hire opportunity as an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Fortune 100 Financial Services Firm.
Responsibilities:
In addition to providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, the responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:
Serve as Gatekeeper handling callers needs as much as possible, calendar management, coordinating meetings and complex international and domestic travel plans, and preparing time and expense reports
Developing and editing detailed Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Drafting and producing grammatically correct, accurate, and complete final correspondence to include engagement letters, memos, letters, etc
Ability to interact with executive level personnel in addition to establishing and maintaining a rapport with internal and external clients
Handling sensitive and confidential business/personal matters, and assisting with special projects
Completing other projects and tasks, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a stable resume reflecting a minimum of 5 years experience of supporting a CEO or President of a Fortune 500 company.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must possess the ability to anticipate needs, manage proactively, take the initiative, manage time, work independently, exercise good judgment, prioritize and attend to multiple assignments with precision while meeting tight deadlines, exercise sound judgment in absence of specific instructions, display a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients, communicate effectively, and use technology to service the CEO and Senior Management in the most exacting/efficient manner.
Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
