Executive Administrative Assistant
In this role, you will provide executive level administrative support for multiple functions on a temporary basis, replacing individuals who are out of the office and/or supporting project activities requiring additional administrative support.
Your duties will include:
Scheduling meetings and conference calls.
Coordinating domestic and international travel.
Creating and processing high quality business correspondence.
Preparing presentations and spreadsheets.
Tracking budgets and other financial data to ensure accuracy.
Operating standard office equipment.
Prioritizing to allow timely completion of competing work requirements.
You will also be exposed to significant amounts of confidential information that must be maintained in the strictest confidence. A 40 hour work week is expected, but fewer hours may be required based on work requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
Bachelors Degree is preferred; Associates level or similar technical school certificate acceptable.
A minimum of 3 years prior experience providing executive level administrative support required.
Strong organizational skills, effective time management, detail orientation and ability to prioritize changing demands are a must.
Team-oriented approach, confidence, self-starter attitude and ability to work with little or no supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
High proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to anticipate needs and resolve difficulties to ensure a smoothly running, supportive environment for senior management team member is required.
Knowledge of internal organization structure to respond to and/or redirect questions and inquiries is strongly preferred.
