Todays Staffing is Now Interviewing Customer ServiceRepresentatives!!!!!In this exciting and rewarding position you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers regarding billing and payment questions. You will also assist in resolving billing questions and disputes in a timely manner and negotiating a promise to pay. You will make lite outbound calls to customers that are past due on their wireless account.Also you will gather customer information, fulfill customer needs, educate the customer to prevent future contacts and document the reasons for the call. Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDOne year of prior call center/customer service experience preferredExcellent interpersonal, time management, communication and organizational skills Must be able to handle, a multitude of customer disputes in a fast paced, detail oriented environment Must be able type effectively while using efficient communication skills Must be able to work various shifts/hours, including SaturdaysMust be able to pass a background check-no felonies
