Evening Assistant Store Manager

Brown's ShopRite, a family owned supermarket chain operating in the greater Philadelphia area and the Delaware Valley, is currently seeking candidates for the position of Evening Assistant Store Manager for our stores in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties.

Our Assistant Managers oversee all aspects of store operations, maintain store conditions, maximize sales and gross profits, protect company assets, foster strong customer satisfaction and direct and develop associates in the achievement of store goals.

REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years of management in a retail/supermarket environment
* Knowledgeable in store finances, inventory and ordering procedures
* Background /familiarity with perishable operations a plus
* Must be willing to work in any of our Bucks/Montgomery/Philadelphia locations
* A flexible schedule that includes day, evening, weekend and holiday availability is required
