The TBR Group specializes in the permanent placement of sales professionals with our client companies in the medical, pharmaceutical, payroll, uniform, advertising, office supplies, mortgage, IT staffing, and telecommunications, among other industries. We recruit for a number of different corporate sales opportunities at any given time. Our specialty is entry-level to mid-level outside business-to-business sales. We, also, may recruit for inside business-to-business positions in the metro-Atlanta area.

Candidate Qualifications for All Clients of The TBR Group:

The ideal candidate for all sales positions must have a four-year degree and must have a proven track record of success in school, employment (no job-hoppers!), and other extracurricular activities (such as sports, student government/leadership, social clubs/sororities/fraternities, etc). All candidates must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Candidates must work well in a quota-based atmosphere, with a team and/or independently, and know that sales is the career path for him/her.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Description Entry-level Sales Positions:

Entry-level outside business-to-business sales opportunities with fortune 1000 companies in the advertising, payroll, uniform, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. Candidate must be able to effectively present to presidents, business owners, C-level executives, and decision makers of small- to medium-sized companies. No prior B2B sales experience needed by most clients; however, priority will be given to those candidates who have proven track records of success in school/academics, employment (no job hoppers or gaps in employment unless explainable!), and extracurricular activities (athletics, leadership, clubs, and organizations). Position requires the potential employee to be extremely organized, be able to manage their time effectively, and be willing and eager to network and generate new business. All positions require individuals that are highly competitive, goal-oriented, and who thrive in a reward-based atmosphere. Must be eager to begin a career in sales and be able to describe why it’s the right career path to individually pursue.
