Entry-Level Technical Support ‘Help Desk’ Trainer
Century Consultants, Ltd, a leading provider of centralized, web-based, K-12 student information solutions, headquartered in New Jersey, is seeking qualified Entry-Level Technical Support/Trainer Representatives and Programmer Trainees.
REQUIREMENTS
ResponsibilitiesRespond to, research and resolve support related inquiries in a timely mannerInteract with client base to troubleshoot support related questions via telephone, email or WebExTrain new clients in the use of the software application at clients’ locations
Participate in software upgrades including product testingQualificationsBachelor Degree preferred, Technical School certification considered
Experience with relational databases (Oracle a plus), Windows, Unix/Linux operating systemsPrevious experience in a technical support/training environment helpful
Possess good interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and oral/written communication skills
Demonstrate problem-solving skills
