And*we have fun!!!The MIS department is currently looking for a Telephone Help Desk Rep to come and work at our corporate office in Westlake Village, Ca. This person must offer exceptional customer service while handling heavy phones and email requests from internal users. Rotating early am, night and weekend shifts.We have a great training program for those who may not have experience but are motivated to learn.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Some Knowledge of data communications equipment.
Knowledge of POS hardware.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity.
Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency to quickly learn new applications
Excellent communications and problem solving skills.
Exceptional customer service.
