Or,like the Infinity Stylus, one of the best-selling cameras in history.Jacksonville, FL - The primary responsibility of the Endoscopy Support Specialist will be to provide enhanced customer support activities and to implement a specific repair service strategy that will provide customer assistance in reducing service contract costs, support service contract renewals and create opportunities to increase the repair service market share. Work closely with targeted customers, local Sales Representatives, Field Service Engineers, Marketing Managers, and other corporate personnel to provide the highest level of customer support and service satisfaction. Conduct service support calls independently and in a team effort with other corporate personnel, as necessary. Secure and grow the Olympus service repair business through the promotion of service contracts. Conduct customer educational visits diagnosing issues relating to equipment care, handling and storage. Establish and maintain customer rapport with key decision makers (i.e. Nurse Manager, Physicians, etc.) to support their equipment service requirements and leverage relationships to assist in the growth of Olympus service business. Submit all required field activity documentation, including travel itineraries, field service reports and expense reports as directed. Update service records as required. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Must be task-oriented requiring minimal supervision once initial training is completed. Must be a self-starter and be able to follow management direction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills are necessary. Must be computer literate (i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must have an independent work ethic and be results oriented. Must have a valid driver's license. A BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other Life Sciences degree is preferred.
