Employee Services Representative

Excellent opportunity to work with a fast-paced,
high-energy, world wide Human Resources organization!In this exciting role, you will provide timely and ongoing service to employees on a variety of routine and administrative matters, such as responding to first-line HR questions from managers and employees, the accurate and timely processing of employee data into the HR system, payroll preparation, employment verification and HR program administration.This role focuses on excellent customer service and effective communication skills for direct interaction with employees throughout the company and also with external contacts.Requirements:
BS or BA Degree

1-4 years of related business experience, preferably in Human Resources

Meticulous attention to detail for data entry

Problem solving skills to research and resolve issues

Proficiency with desktop tools and applications for report generation.Preferred Skills:
Broad and basic knowledge of HR is preferred.
