High school diploma or equivalent is required
Provides LifeBridge Health employees with timely, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries with regards to Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes. Processes HR transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process rules. Provides audible record and appropriate documentation of employee interactions High School degree required, post high school education preferred A minimum of two years of customer service is required; human resources experience is highly preferred. Candidates must have prior experience dealing with the public and/or dealing with a high volume of internal customers, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have the ability to speak in a pleasant and professional telephone voice and manner Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, e-mail) and the ability to accurately enter and manage sensitive computer data and manual employee records is required. Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred. Prior work history must demonstrate that the candidate has a strong employee service ethic and the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
