Advanced Technology Services, (ATS) employees provide professional, comprehensive technical services to an impressive customer base, specializing in fields of information technology and industrial services.


ATS, has an immediate need for an Electronic Customer Support Technician who will be focused on handling calls directly from the Legacy customer which could result in one of the following : Opening a parts requisition, parts sourcing, questions for all product lines, communication to the production scheduler on the expediting of builds when needed and also technical support.

Qualifications
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

Communicates to customers clearly over the telephone.
Listens and responds to customer questions and probes for customer needs.
Maintains customer database by adding and correcting customer contact information in corporate computer system.
Applies product knowledge to help customers with routine and emergency situations.
Meets or ex exceeds all sales objectives on a regular basis.
Designs and stages electronic product builds.
Oversees the Mature Product build and scheduling, including receiving requests for parts, researching replacement parts, and ordering custom parts as necessary.
Tracking parts and costs, managing inventory, and reporting usage.
Manages and prices parts in inventory, monitors, and makes necessary adjustments.
Must be customer focused.
Must work in a team environment
Education requirement: Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a technical support role.
