John Knox Village is a retirement community located in Lee's Summit, Missouri on a 420-acre campus. The Village features independent, assisted living and long-term care for approximately 2,000 residents. The 430 bed long term care facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to be part of the Elder Services Coordinator Team. This position will provide administrative oversight and leadership through all nursing and service departments of the Village Care Center. Position will ensure below outcomes are achieved for each shift:
Resident clinical & lifestyle care meets or exceeds the highest standards of industry and internal VCC CQI/Quality Management system. Outcomes must include validated high levels for resident care, family member and employee morale satisfaction which will be achieved through use of a standardized set of Care Protocols monitored continuously through the work shift.Will be responsible for coordination of one of the facility's care systems for continued quality improvement. Position is 12-hour shifts 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with weekend and holiday rotations.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires RN diploma nurse licensed in Missouri. BSN?MSN preferred.Must have 2 years ADNS, Clinical Unit Manager or CLinical shift supervisor experience in 100+ bed skilled nursing facility.
