Customer Service Supervisor


We are in search of a dynamic leader of our Elk Grove Village office. The Orsini Group is a group of Health Care companies that is on the verge of a national expansion. Qualified candidates must have extensive customer service experience in either Durable Medical industry or Wound Care industries. This is a full-time position that will lead 6 other individuals. This position will be in charge of the following:

a.Assures efficient utilization of staff, supplies, and equipment.
b.Assists in the planning then administer the annual budget for customer service.
c.Monitors customer service staffing hours and overtime-utilizing human resources effectively.
d.Prepares operations report identifying production growth, customer service initiatives, costs, and customer service outcomes.
e.Maintain “PARS” Prior Authorization Request Outstanding Dollar levels to acceptable levels.
f.Supervises the customer service support team to ensure accuracy of data, timely service, on time delivery, and excellent customer service.
g.Supervise, evaluate, educate and support all CSR activities.
h.Collaborate with marketing department to support on going growth of DME company.
i.Functions as a customer service representative when necessary.
j.Monitors quality of customer service; oversees implementation of measures to improve customer service.
k. Assists DME Manager in developing policies and procedures; then implements them to assure effective and efficient operations.
l.Assists management in the development and incorporation of performance improvement initiatives into company activities.
m.Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency standards.
n.Act as primary contact and oversight of all customer complaints.
o.Review orders for accuracy, correct as necessary, and then confirms orders.
p.Ensure that all census reports are accurate and up-to-date. Repeat orders are delivered on time.

REQUIREMENTS
Good Knowledge of the Durable Medical or Wound Care industries. 3-5 years of Management experience.
