Our dispatching software and experience is second to none. GPS units in our vehicles insure quick and accurate routing. The latest in traffic and airline flight monitors help our dispatchers to pass on accurate, helpful information to drivers. Our headquarters in Renton provides fueling, wash-racks, a top-notch maintenance shop and a modern comfortable pleasant office environment.

Drivers earn a percentage of fares they collect each day plus tips from satisfied guests. Percentage rate is based on longevity, plus a bonus for safety and attendance performance. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements to drive for Shuttle Express:
•At least 22 years of age at time of hire.
•Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License in good standing. (A CDL is not required)
•Have had possession of a valid driver’s license for a minimum of the past 4 consecutive years
•No more than 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
•No history of suspended or revoked license
•No convictions for any motor vehicle involved felony or DUI / DWI violations
•Ability to sit and drive for long periods – up to 10 hours, with no more than 2 (15-minute) breaks and lunch
•Able to manage luggage (up to 80 lbs.) to load and unload vans, and carry luggage to and from guests’ door.
•Proficient in English, verbally and in writing
•Computation abilities to do simple math•Ability to use the Thomas Street Guide and GPS unit to find the correct location of addresses
•Able to pass a Department of Transportation physical exam.
