REQUIREMENTS


The Insurance Representative Trainee (customer care rep.) takes personal responsibility for identifying customer needs and responding in a timely manner by providing a high value customer experience. They will assist with the retention of the 21st Century Insurance client base while providing customer support and education to their clients.
Responsibilities:Communicate with current auto policyholders in an inbound call center environmentAnswering customer inquiries with a professional attitude and manner while adhering to average handle time guidelinesMaking good judgment in solving customer problemsEffectively utilizing resources to navigate through systems to get to the right solution for the client (e.g. computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships)

The New Business Sales Representative handles telephone inquiries and requests will respond to customer requests by gathering data to generate accurate quotes. They will counsel potential clients on their insurance needs and provide them information necessary to obtain the appropriate insurance coverage for their individual situation.

Responsibilities:Responds to consumer requests for quotes from a variety of sources including, but not limited to inbound and outbound calls, internet-generated requests for quotes or requests for coverageGathers data from applicants to generate accurate quotesProvides quotes based on applicant’s needsOffers payment plan options that suit applicant credit qualifications based on consumer credit scoreBinds applicants over the phone, collecting all required driver and vehicle information and verifying driving records and claims/loss histories through MVR databasesAccepts payments form customers over the phoneIf you are interested in either position, please apply with a copy of your resume so we can follow up with you directly.
