District Operations Coordinator

TradeWinds is currently accepting applications for a District Operations Coordinator for our Woburn, MA location. This position is a vital part of our integrated operational support team.

Principal Duties

Partners with the Service Manager to manage techinicians productivity through constant analysis, assessment and course correction. Identifies methods to minimize travel, downtime or situations that stand in the way of delivering prompt, cost efficient service. Reviews financials to ensure profitability.
Answers any customer inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues as appropriate. Ensures work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and performs follow up to as needed.
Determines customer needs and matches appropriate labor resource. Communicates the action plan to the customer.
Assist in recruiting efforts with Field Manager and HR Manager to ensure a quality field employees.
Tracks dispatched calls throughout the day to maintain highest productivity and cost efficiency. Tracks associated costs, revenues due, customer billing authority and the like to ensure accurate invoicing.
Participates in the materials coordination. Works with the Buyer to properly time and follow up on orders. Coaches techinicians on effective inventory / truck stocking levels.
Partners with the Service Manager to prepare yearly, monthly and weekly execution plans for scheduled service visits. Manages labor scheduling to align technician skills to the appropriate contract to ensure maximum efficiency in execution.
Ensures technicians are provided daily schedules. Authorized to manage daily labor to appropriate levels including releasing labor when work loads are down.
