IMMEDIATE” MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIESAs a DISTRICT MANAGER, you will be responsible for the operations, sales and staffing of multiple stores. You will have complete P & L responsibilities, including cash management, preparing corporate reports, ability to increase revenues, etc. You will use your marketing expertise to grow profits and grow your customer base for the stores in your district.As a STORE MANAGER, you will have complete P & L responsibilities, including cash management, preparing corporate reports, ability to increase revenues, etc. You will use your marketing expertise to grow profits and grow your customer base to be the number one service provider of financial service in your community! Also, you will be responsible for training, development and retention of your staff. You will be responsible for human resource management at your store location, including hiring paperwork, performance appraisals, payroll verification, communicating policies, communicating with corporate Human Resources Department/District Manager on any employee relation’s issues. It will be your responsibility to handle all facilities issues, monitor security practices and procedures. This position will report directly to the District Manager, where it will be necessary to keep open lines of communication. Based on your performance, you will be eligible to earn sizeable monthly bonuses.As an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, you will assist the Store Manager in the responsibilities for the P & L, operations, building a talented team, training and developing of staff in a retail/branch location. In addition, you will use your organizational skills, combined with your excellent attention to detail, superb customer service skills, excellent decision-making to be a leader in providing the number one service of financial services in your community.
To be considered for any of the above positions, you will need to pass a background/credit/assessment/drug screening. In addition, you will need to be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. District and Store Managers are expected to work 45 hours per week.As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR's) – you will provide superb customer service to create a unique customer service friendly environment. You will use your strong detail orientation, previous cash handling experience, good math skills, good computer skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and use your solid decision making skills that will be essential for this position.Excellent advancement opportunities for exceptional Customer Service Representatives!
