Dispute Resolution Representative

Purpose:
Our client, a leading retail lending center in Omaha, has an opening for a Dispute Resolution Representative. This person is responsible for initial customer communication surrounding possible billing errors. Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to conclude ultimate resolution. Knowledge of the Visa and MasterCard regulations is a plus.
