Dispatcher - Refrigeration/HVAC

Dispatching mechanics and helpers to job locations. Answering phones, taking service calls from customers. Alerting screener about service calls and anything that is going on through the day. Logging calls into computer, using the WINTAC program (Will train. Making sure calls that came in overnight were covered by screener if not then must be covered. This position is for saturday and sundays 10 hours a day subject to change with experience.

Experience with refrigeration and HVAC, supermarket experience preferred. Must have some computer knowledge, good communication skills and able to work well with others.
