We are currently searching for a Dispatcher/Receiver who takes pride in their work to join our team for our QUAIL SPRINGS MALL location.

DISPATCHER
Provides customer service leadership, assists customers, provides follow up to achieve promise dates and provides clerical support for the timely installation of completed jobs to assure the attainment of sales and profit objectives for Custom Decorating.

Responsibilities:
Sets and confirms installation date with customers
Obtains second credit authorization code
Prepares installer's daily paperwork
Enters into the Custom Decorating System reworks and reselects
Processes COD payments
